Xuxa is our beloved German Shepherd and represents our Tempranillo stamp, as she is by Lynne's side every day. Her loyalty and devotion mirror our passion for growing our Tempranillo at the Sleepers Vineyard. Just like the iconic Queen of England's penny stamp, we chose this design because, at the end of the day, she is the boss of our vineyard. Ele and Xena Stamp
Our girls loved the top block where our Kekerengu wine, specifically Pinot Grigio, is grown. Ele, short for Extinction Level Event, and Xena, named after the Kiwi icon Xena the Warrior Princess, patrolled the vineyard looking for trouble and never looking like they were the culprits. We miss them dearly. Coco Stamp
Ms. Coco is a kune kune pig, a breed native to New Zealand, known for her adventures through our Sauvignon Blanc at Sleepers Vineyard. Often, she could be found snoozing beneath the vines, which are also where we produce our delightful Kekerengu wine and crisp Pinot Grigio. Guests enjoying a vineyard tour might spot her while sipping on a glass of Tempranillo, as we showcase our diverse wine labels during wine tasting events.
